Why doesn't my Zip/Postal Code match at checkout?Updated a year ago
For all credit card orders, we use an Address Verification System (AVS). AVS compares the numeric part of the customer’s billing address and zip code or postal code to the information on file with the credit card issuer.
This can be related to several issues including:
- Using the wrong billing information at checkout.
- Your bank flagged your payment as a precautionary measure.
If you see this happen, please get in touch with your credit card issuer to resolve this. We are unable to accept payment unless AVS approves your payment.
