We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Custom products or engraved products.
- Patina: discoloration or markings on your product caused through usage.
- If you permanently altered something we made.
- Final sale items.
- Items purchased through a 3rd party such as Massdrop, Amazon, or commercial retail outlets. We will still honor all warranty issues.
