How do I return my item for a refund?Updated a year ago

All refunds are processed back to the original method of payment. If your card has expired or been canceled, then the return will be issued as a store credit.

Only one return transaction per order will be accepted. Therefore, it is best to carefully examine ALL items received to ensure satisfaction before returning a portion of your order.

If you’ve paid with Klarna or AfterPay, any repayments already made will be refunded to your Klarna or AfterPay account. If you paid with a Credit Card or PayPal, the full amount of the returned items (minus the shipping cost) would be refunded to your original account. If you paid with a Gift Card, your refund would be issued to that gift card.

Returning Items for Refund:

  • Please return your items to us within 90 days of delivery for a refund.
  • We will provide you with a prepaid return label.
  • International customers (outside the US and Canada) must arrange their postage.
  • We will process your refund within 5 business days of receiving your return minus the cost of the prepaid label.
