How do I exchange my item for something else?Updated a year ago
If your product is faulty, or we sent you the wrong order by mistake, contact us within 90 days of delivery to get a replacement.
If you changed your mind or it wasn’t what you expected, we’ll be happy to exchange or refund your purchase and provide you with a prepaid label.
Returning Items for Exchange:
- Please return your items to us within 90 days of delivery for store credit.
- We will provide you with a free prepaid return label
- We will process your exchange or store credit once you mail your item back.
