My order is a gift, will there be a receipt?

We do not include order invoices in our packages. However, if our product is being shipped outside of Canada, our labels must include a declared value on the shipping label.

Can you redirect my package after it's shipped?

Please double-check your shipping address when you place your order. Unfortunately, we cannot redirect or reroute packages once they have left our workshop.
